North Kinsman Woodworks was established in 2018 by carpenter-owner Timothy B. Klotz. Shortly after graduating from UNH, Tim moved to Franconia and began to work seriously with wood. The process of felling a tree and seeing it turned into a usable, beautiful product was a profound and fortunate experience. After a decade of working for a diverse range of building companies between NH and Maine, Tim decided it was time to open his own business. North Kinsman Woodworks represents a carefully crafted vision centered around building sustainably with local materials. Tim leads a group of dedicated carpenters who work diligently to bring our clients a lasting product they can be proud of.
